Below you will find a list of services provided. However, the services provided by My Personal Concierge are a little different than you might be use to. I take pride in getting to know my clients so I can provide an exceptional and unique experience.

In many cases, the first step is scheduling a call with a potential client to discuss their current situation and what they might be looking for.

In getting to know the client and building a connection I am able to provide a creative solution that meets their needs.

It is extremely important to me that clients walk away feeling a connection with me and not treated as a transaction.

*** Please note that a minimum of one (1) hour of service will be charged for concierge services.

​

*** Clients utilizing services are required to make a pre-payment before the scheduled service appointment. An invoice will be provided prior to scheduled session.

*** Clients are responsible for the cost of all purchases made on their behalf. Amounts owing will be indicated on client invoices.

*** A fee for travel time will be applied to clients outside of Sherwood Park.

*** A premium rate of $10 per hour for evening and weekend sessions will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your cleaning session. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notification Period:
To avoid any cancellation fees, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session.

Cancellation Fees:
If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session amount will incur. Should you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged. Cancellation fees will be deducted from your pre-paid session.

** Should we need to initiate a cancellation or reschedule your session, no fee will apply, We will do our best to reschedule for a time convenient to you. In the event  we can’t find a time convenient for both parties, a credit or refund would be given for the missed session.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance; we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should we not be able to accommodate, a cancellation fee may apply, as indicated above.
